Scholarship Description:On behalf of the Keio University Medical Science Fund, I would like to invite you to make a nomination for the Keio Medical Science Prize 2011. Keio University annually awards the Keio Medical Science Prize to recognize researchers who have made an outstanding contribution to the field of medicine or life sciences. Please find the enclosed copy of guidelines, nomination form, and copy of the Keio University Medical Science Fund brochure.

Field Basic medicine, clinical medicine, or life sciences closely related to medicine Prize Each laureate receives a certificate of merit, medal, and a monetary award of 10 million yen. Ceremony The award ceremony is scheduled to be held in November, 2011 at the School of Medicine, Shinanomachi Campus, Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Eligibility Nominees must be currently active in their field of research, and be expected to make future contributions to the field. The Keio Medical Science Prize is an international award.
